At Thuya Heritage, every piece is carefully prepared and securely packaged in Morocco before beginning its journey to you.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship internationally from Morocco using reliable shipping partners. Available carriers may include DHL, UPS, Aramex, Amana, or another trusted carrier depending on the destination and the nature of the order.

Ready-Made Pieces

In-stock, ready-made pieces are generally prepared for shipment within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom pieces have individual production timelines. The estimated production time, price, dimensions, and project details are agreed with the customer before production begins.

Once the custom piece is completed and the final payment has been confirmed, the order is prepared for shipment.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, and local delivery conditions. Any estimated delivery date provided is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive their tracking information after the order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated during checkout or agreed before purchase, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the external packaging and the item before discarding any packaging materials and contact us promptly so we can review the situation.
